The Facilities Coordinator is accountable for planning and coordinating the assignment and use of the House of Commons property and space portfolio, for ensuring a consistent and compliant approach to accommodations and related standards in all HoC facilities, as well as for developing accommodation strategies and monitoring LTVP projects to ensure corporate alignment with the overarching goals and strategic direction of the House of Commons. The incumbent consults with clients to identify requests, determine needs and offer alternatives that conform to established plans and priorities; and advises the Facility Manager and the Senior Program Manager on emerging and existing planning issues.
